Thera-Band® Resistance Tubing Light Kit

This kit includes assorted 5-foot lengths of Thera-Band® Exercise Tubing with light resistance. Made of natural rubber (those with latex allergies should buy our Thera-Band Latex-Free Exercise Bands), a piece of tubing is a low-cost, portable, and versatile resistance tool that can be used in an infinite number of ways to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. Its color designates where it fits within Thera-Band’s progressive scale. Different resistance levels are determined by the thickness of the tube. This set consists of the Yellow, Red, and Green tubes with, respectively, 4, 6, and 7 pounds of force at 100% elongation.
