Red Thera-Band® Latex-Free Exercise Band - 25 yards

This Exercise Band lets you cut pieces to the appropriate lengths for your clients. The band is a low-cost, portable, and versatile resistance tool that can be used in an infinite number of ways to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. Its color designates where it fits within Thera-Band’s progressive resistance scale. Red indicates the tube has 6 pounds of force at 100% elongation, referred to as medium resistance. Different resistance levels are determined by the thickness of the band.
