A highly versatile piece of equipment. It's easily adapted to meet a wide variety of exercise needs and protocols. Unlike other tubing, the Flex Ranger's "short-stretch cable" can be stretched only 33 percent of its length. It has a very soft return, avoiding the quick "snap-back" effect of other tubing. • Simple contract-relax stretching exercises. • All stages of rehab, from passive range of motion through resistive, weight-bearing exercises. • PNF, functional patterns of motion, proprioception training. • Resistive movements in small or large ranges to target dynamic muscles or stabilization muscles. • Treating a wide range of musculoskelatal problems -- instability, capsulitis, post-surgery rehab, correct and strengthen postural patterns, lumbopelvic stabilization, abdominal strengthening. • Trunk, upper and lower extremity exercises.
