The web-strap exercise products are designed to perform with both the Exercise Rail and with any standard door. They are used to meet a wide variety of rehab and fitness needs. Their portability and low-cost versatility makes them ideal for use in training room, clinic, home, office, and hotel room settings- anywhere there is a standard door. Seventy-three inches of dry natural rubber tubing is pre-cut and assembled with two nylon handles and web door-strap. Can be positioned over the top or along the side of any door and has a loop for foot placement so that exercises can also be performed on the floor. Comes complete with its own instruction book containing exercises for trunk, upper and lower extremities. Available in five levels of resistance from extra light to extra heavy. Utilizes quality TheraBand® tubing. |
