2. What does "Lift Gate" mean?

Lift Gate is the mechanical lift on the back of a freight truck that lowers items from the truck to the ground. There is an additional fee for lift gate. This does not apply to items that ship UPS or FedEx.

3. What does "Inside Delivery" mean?

Inside Delivery is for items over 80 pounds that come on a freight truck. This service
is when the truck drivers actually bring the item in through the first set of doors of
the facility/home. Driver requires someone from the facility or home to assist in delivery.
The driver will NOT bring the item past the first set of doors. (No elevators, stairs, etc.)!
There is an additional fee for Inside Delivery. This does not apply to items that ship UPS or FedEx.

4. Do we have codes for insurance?

We have two codes only - both are for traction devices. The cervical traction
code we use is E0849 or E0855 and the lumbar traction code we use is E1399.

5. What is the shipping time on products?

Most items ship same day. Shipping is particular to every item we have. It is best to call our offices directly to get a proper shipping estimate.

Brand new only.

10. Return policy.
We have a 30 day return policy which starts from the day you receive your items. PLEASE note that refunds are based on the items returned in new and unused condition. Shipping is the responsibility to and from the customer. Damaged and defective items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

11. What is the best method to receive items?
Inspect all items for damage prior to signing for delivery. Shipping companies rely on the signature as proof of delivery and may not replace items not signed for damaged.
